I'm very satisfied with the Hossili Retainer Cleaner. One of the first things I came to appreciate was how compact it is. It takes up very little room but still has a good capacity that easily fits a retainer or small jewelry items.

There are 4 different programs, you can select between ultrasonic cleansing or UV disinfecting or a mix of both. There is an easy to read timer on top of the lid that shows how much time is remaining in the cleaning cycle. You can be sure the UV function is active because you see a purple light. The ultrasonic function is much quieter than my last unit too, so that's another plus.

Lastly, there are holes in the top that have a sealing membrane so you can insert toothbrushes or dental tools and clean those as well. It even comes with a pair of plastic tweezers and a small platform to make removing small items easy and hygienic. It's been great thus far so I can easily recommend it.

This ultrasonic retainer cleaner truly lives up to its promises. It arrived well packaged with all the necessary accessories, and I’ve already used it to clean my night guard, toothbrush, and even some jewelry. With surprisingly impressive results. The jewelry cleaning especially blew me away; after just one cycle, you can literally see the dirt and grime left behind in the water. The device offers four different cleaning modes, and while I’m not entirely sure which is best for each item, I’ve found the second and third modes work well for most uses. I really appreciate the toothbrush specific design, which includes two slots to slide the brush heads through for targeted cleaning. For everything else, the spacious interior makes it easy to drop items in and let the machine do its work. One of the biggest perks for me is knowing my mouth guard and toothbrush are getting a thorough, chemical free clean. I feel confident they’re truly sterile after each cycle. And with the added bonus of a coupon, the price makes this cleaner an excellent value. I’d easily give it a full 5 out of 5 stars.

The different modes, based on the manual, initially seemed like it would be annoying to memorize, but there's a counter screen showing time remaining and the modes are self explanatory.

There's 2 silicone slitted holes on the top and a small plastic window at the bottom edge that make for like a surprised face. I haven't found the reasons I would use those holes, I'd rather just open the entire top than try to fit things I'm dropping in through those.

Easy clean up, easy set up, easy use. Just add a tablet and the UV + cleaner makes for a fresh retainer!
